Building together, before selling
CosAI is not for sale. It is under construction, with a few companies and professionals who agree to put in their documents, their time and their judgement. In return, they watch it take shape on their own facts.
For whom
- Manufacturing or service companies with a board and a supervisory body.
- Intermediaries and supervised entities that want a reconciled record.
- Insolvency practitioners, auditors and statutory auditors.
What you give
- The company's documents: articles, minutes, powers, procedures, financial statements.
- A few hours a month to read the results and say where they are wrong.
- The patience of someone who knows a prototype is not a product.
What you get
- The initial assessment of your arrangements on your own documents, with sources.
- The company's logbook, kept up to date during the pilot.
- Reserved terms on the licence, when there is one.
The terms
Clear before, not after
- Confidentiality. A written agreement before any document.
- Data remains the company's and stays in its environment. Nothing is used for other clients except as an abstract schema and with written consent.
- No entry fee for the pilot programme. Language-model usage, where due, stays on the company's own contract with its provider.
- Free exit at any time, with everything returned.
