What CosAI is not

  • It is not a consultant, and it does not replace statutory auditors, external auditors or lawyers. It prepares their work and makes it verifiable. A tool, not a substitute.
  • It does not guarantee compliance. It makes it provable, which is what the law asks.
  • It does not decide. It proposes, with the source alongside. The last word stays with whoever bears the responsibility.
  • It is not a product of artificial intelligence. Only its code is artificial: the idea, the architecture, the purposes, the functions and the rules are the work of the person who conceived and built it.

Design principles

Compliant by design. The rules on what to do and how sit upstream of every action. CosAI is designed along the principles of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act and the GDPR: it does not declare them, it embeds them.

Discretion. Discreet, integrated compliance that does not interrupt work and does not ask for paper for its own sake.

Confidentiality. CosAI works in the company's environment, with the company's keys. No more leaks of confidential information.
